HeatSeeker is seeking a technically savvy Project Manager. The individual will assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine required resources for projects. The Project Manager will serve as a liaison between technical team members, management and customers.
In addition to evaluating completed projects in relation to cost/time projections, Project Manager will also ensure effective implementation and installation of systems and customer satisfaction. Help Desk Manager
HeatSeeker is seeking a qualified Help Desk Manager to manage all activities related to help desk services and procedures. Responsibilities will include the interface with appropriate technical and management staff to resolve customer inquiries, and supervision of help desk team. Help Desk Manager will ensure that process is managed and resolution to customer inquiries is achieved, resulting in high level customer satisfaction.
Candidate must be highly customer service oriented and able to train and motivate staff. Ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a fast-growing team; to learn from, and mentor others.
Senior Network and Systems Engineer
HeatSeeker is seeking an experienced Engineer to join its Technical Team. Responsibilities will include the design, deployment and ongoing maintenance of the HeatSeeker IP Converged Network.
Candidate must have hands-on network and systems engineering experience. Ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-5 years of experience in data and voice communications, with IP Telephony background.
Required Cisco certifications or equivalent experience: CCNA, CCDA, or CCNP a prerequisite. Equivalent work experience of a minimum of five years will be considered. Strong Cisco AVVID experience is a plus.
In addition to technical skills, candidate must possess excellent customer facing communication skills and have ability to project manage assigned duties.
Account Executive
HeatSeeker is seeking a dynamic individual who will aggressively drive the sales of its IT Managed Service portfolio of products. The position requires the ability to achieve direct sales goals and develop successful channel partners. Candidate must have the ability to assist with the overall sales strategy of the Company.
Position requires: Minimum of 3 years of proven solution sales skills. Basic knowledge of technology is required with knowledge of voice applications a plus. Strong presentation and writing skills.
Base salary plus commission.
Customer Support Analyst
HeatSeeker is seeking an experienced Customer support analyst with a solid understanding of IP networking, system administration and telephony. Ideal candidate will also have knowledge in the Microsoft Windows server environment, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, security administration, and Cisco switches and routers.
This position will be the first line technical support for the HeatSeeker IT Managed Service array of products. Ability to interpret technical information and accurately assess the level of required escalation and specialization is a must.
Previous Customer Service in a technical environment is a prerequisite.
